Tape Measure –

tape measure explores the issues that has come up due to the COVID-19 pandemic specifically the idea of social distancing in public where we are told to have a physical distancing of at least 1m or more (varies depending on regulations on each countries) by using tape measure or measuring tape. The usage of tape measure are explored in a more ironic manner rather than a serious one.

Wilson Leywantono is a composer currently based in Indonesia. His music has been performed in the UK, the Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Japan, Indonesia and Malaysia. Wilson also has worked with many professional ensemble and performers such as Orkest de Ereprijs, New European Ensemble, Rosetta Contemporary Ensemble, Azalais Quartet, Hordienal Quartet, Decibel, Le Page Ensemble, the Schubert Ensemble, Thallein Plus Ensemble, Fumiko Miyachi, Mary Wiegold, Rowland Sutherland, Miriam Kitchener, etc. He holds a Master in Composition from Koninklijk Conservatorium (Royal Conservatoire of The Hague) and Bachelor of Music in Composition from Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
